As an experienced facilitator and consultant, I am passionate about helping organizations create youth programs that are equitable, sustainable, and successful. I am adept at multi-stakeholder collaboration and have a proven track record of transforming organizational strategies by developing innovative approaches.
My hands-on experience in leading programs from conception to implementation has allowed me to understand the unique needs of youth and the importance of mentorship in cultivating successful outcomes. With a passion for social justice, I strive to ensure that all participants can fully engage in the learning process regardless of their background.
I aim to empower organizations with the necessary knowledge and resources to build effective youth programs that will benefit the community for years.

My passion for human development and education fuels my drive every day, and I'm thrilled to bring my passion into the meaningful work we do at RUTC!
Some fun facts about me? Not only am I deeply fascinated by crime documentaries, I find solace in being an introvert despite my outgoing nature and I have a genuine love for laughter.
